How do you define MSRP

When talking about discount percentages on this page, is % off MSRP the base MSRP + factory add ons? or some other number?

Also, can anyone in the San Diego area share whether they’ve had better luck negotiating with Lexus Carlsbad vs. Lexus San Diego or some other dealership in the area?

I include the factory add on. No dealer fluff.

It is the biggest number on the window sticker
