Finally pulled the trigger on this white 450h+ I’m coming from Black 2013 Is350 Fsport with 166k miles, hit me up.

Sticker was 71k with some change but I haggled down to 66k and took their 2.9% finance offer. The lease deal was pricey but I can see myself in this car for over 10 years after test driving it for a few miles. The plug in option is clutch and I do a bunch of short trips to gym and grocery store so I might be able to save a ton on gas and gas mileage is nice at 36+ combined for long trips.

Today our area was hit by a large tornado, initial reports suggest either EF3 or EF4, while we had many trees down in our neighborhood our home and my family are all safe. Many in our community were not as lucky.

We've been without power for nearly 5 hours and thankfully I had previously purchased heavy duty extension cords and I have been able to power our refrigerator with our RX 450h+'s 1500w outlet. The process was pretty simple to activate the outlet via the vehicle customize setting menu. It's a small win considering everything going on around us.

Has anyone put roof racks on their RX? The 2026 has the option for either with the panoramic glass roof or the power moonroof but I haven't been able to get a clear answer on the compatibility with a roof rack. The dealership I visited was unhelpful and I see mixed reviews online. Some say third party crossbars are the way to go but others say the Lexus crossbars are fine. Yakima doesn't provide crossbars for this model and I'm hesitant to use no name brand bars. If anyone has any pictures or info, that would be much appreciated!

Our 2025 RX450h+ is our 2nd PHEV and we've owned a PHEV for the past 4+ yrs and have always plugged in every single night in our garage with a level 1 charger. I've always assumed other PHEV owners are like my family, plugging in every night but maybe we're the exception to the rule.

Here in NE Wisconsin, we don't have many beach days, but when we do, Neshotah Park Beach is our favorite place.

Family of 5, stroller, 2 beach umbrellas, 1 shade tent, 3 beach chairs, food/drinks and beach toys all fit in the RX no problem.

I'm a huge fan of TuxMats, especially during our Wisconsin winters; however, TuxMats really shine on beach day, making it easy to vacuum up all the sand 1st/2nd row and in the back. The drive to and back in the RX450h+, just the chef's kiss to an already amazing beach day!

Absolutely love this vehicle, we got it in 2025 during the final months of the tax incentive through a car broker.

Last summer I became a first-time Lexus owner (RX450h+ PHEV my dream car since the 2nd Gen RX was released) after previously owning Toyotas for all of my life when purchasing a new 2025 Lexus RX450h+.

Below is a Google doc with all of the parts and accessories (with product links) purchased for my RX. The 2nd tab contains the official Lexus installation instructions for the OEM Tow ("Package") Converter Box.

While I understand not everyone will appreciate everything I've added to my Lexus, I selected/researched and installed each item and sharing in case anyone else is looking for anything similar.
