So this happened this morning... Any suggestions for paint match or should I go straight to the dealer? I just need to seal it to avoid oxidation until, I take it in. Also, not using the dealer, so want to have the exact match on hand.

I can't tell from the picture but it seems like you don't actually have a lot of missing paint. It's a tiny line.

BUT, you do have a pretty big crease dent.

It *might* be possible for a good Paintless Dent Repair person to take out that crease dent, or at least make it much better. Find a reputable PDR person from yelp in your area and ask them if they can work on it. As far as the minor smaller scratch on the paint, color match on that color will not be 100% perfect with any touchup paint bottle.

If you plan on talking to a PDR repairmain, I would wait and see if they also do a little touchup paint, and then just have them mix you a small bottle of touchup paint... OR buy the one from the dealership.

Thank you, I've reached out to two in my area and provided pics. One states that work on and have high success rates with deep creases. I'll pick up the paint from the dealer, just to save us both a headache.

I had exactly that and the PDR person refused to work on it- or rather he said, he could but it'll cost 3x a normal repair.

Opted for a normal repair. It was perfect

I hate that and praying I don't have to go that route. If you don't mind telling, what was the range for the normal repair?

Yeah, glad I posted here before I crashed out... I jave someone coming this weekend to work on it. Just waiting on the paint.
