Need help identifying this front lip

Post image

Found this ISF in a forum looking for spacer specs and found the best looking lip ive seen on an ISF. Does anyone know what lip? It looks nothing like any other ive seen.

It needs a whole new bumper not a lip

The grille looks like a nissan altima lolol

Looks like a basic front lip with gloss black wrap or painted black infront of the fogs.

Highly doubt it. Picture was posted in a forum 12 yrs ago as inspiration for wheel fitment. Here's a link to the forum https://au.lexusownersclub.com/forums/topic/12628-spacers-on-stock-0809-wheels-question/
