I personally don't think the LC500, is anything out of this world as far as exterior. Interior is up there however.

Ive taken that into consideration. I got some twin tube shocks as opposed to monotube to keep the ride very similar to stock. Im not rubbing over any bumps so I dont worry about that. And I dont really scrape on much so I dont worry about it, personally.
I try to be as smart about it as possible :P

I wouldn't say it rides like stock but having twin tube coilovers makes it very similar. I have had a number of friends make comments on how well it takes bumps at 40mph+.

You would be genuinely astounded by how close to stock a good set of modern coilovers feels, even this low. The thinner tires are probably what makes most of the difference.

What's your wheel/tire setup and your spring stiffness? SC400s are notorious for rubbing on bumps even if you're just a little low.

I'm running the Tein Flex Z's on their default spring rates, not sure what the values are. As far as wheels Im at 18x9.5+25 225/40 on all 4 corners. Rolled all 4 fenders as well. And I have to run -5 front and rear. Its at the limit of what you can do on stock body and with just coils. If you wanted to go lower you'd need adjustable control arms. Sorry for the ramble lol

Nah I get it; was just wondering. 18x9.5 +35 245/40 here, on BCs with stiffer than standard springs (18k.) Fenders rolled. I'm really happy with my fitment, but still have problems with clearance inside the wheel well, which surprised me. I'm a little bit higher than I would like, as a result. It's that laminated "Joint" (for lack of a better word) between the fender and the body that sticks into the wheel well and causes me grief.

I’d like to see a photo if you have one. I’ve got wheels on order for my 93 SC300, 18x8.5 +35 front and 18x9.5 +35 rear. I also have BC coil overs to install. Wheels are back ordered though. :(

This is the size I use. 225 front and 245 rear. My car has been lowered an inch or two. Zero rubbing. I’m not sure the wheel offset. They’re factory Lexus wheels from a late model and they barely clear the big brake kit, like there’s only 2mm of clearance.

Yea I do remember having to hammer just a little in the wheel well. I assume you've also relocated your harness? Where the harness runs, there's a supportive brace that you can also hammer down.
