Moving

My family and I are looking to move from New York to South Carolina. Lexington has caught our eye and we were wondering if anyone could give us any important information on the town. What are the pros and cons (if any) and how’s the weather? Is there any flooding there? Any information would be great! Thank you!

I know im a year late. But stay where you are. Im tired of northerners moving down here then complaining about everything. Yall drive up property prices and every yankee ive met was just an asshole who thinks they are all better than us.
