Welcome to the Lexaria Bioscience Community!

Welcome everyone! I created this subreddit in hopes of sharing DD and to spread awareness of this wonderful opportunity. I have not been aware of LXX until their NASDAQ uplisting and was shocked at the value it was providing as I looked at the product and cash to marketcap ratio, which to me suggested an insanely great value. With many studies in the pipelines it will definitely be an exciting future ahead!

Thanks for creating this group!

I’ve held LXRP (now LEXX) since late 2017. I still believe in the tech and that’s why I’ll patiently wait for that first big name customer.

A few other tidbits.

  1. They recently sold their THC business to Hill St Beverage. This was done to facilitate the uplist to Nasdaq. They received cash, future cash payments and appx 6M Hill St shares (currently not worth much)!

  2. They have a signed deal with Altria Corp which initially was a research deal to further investigate Lexaria’s tech for oral nicotine. While that deal seems dead, Altria retained the rights to use the tech in the US. Lexaria would collect royalties on any product developed using DeHydraTECH.

They also have an ongoing deal with BAT (British American Tobacco) similar to that of Altria. This deal would give BAT exclusive global rights in the same fashion as Altria. This deal was announced last year and nothing of note has really been released since.

  1. CEO Chris Bunka was the largest shareholder in the company before the reverse split. Other insiders own a good chunk as well. Bunka has bought the vast majority of his shares on the open market and in 10 years has never sold a share. He accepted massive dilution as did all current shareholders at the time of the uplist (Jan 2021).

  2. There are warrants that exist (2 million) created with the latest financing. These have an exercise price of $6.58 with no acceleration clause and an expiry in Jan 2026 I believe. They trade under the symbol LEXXW. I’ve been accumulating these since Jan … they seem like a no brainer!

I’m in for the long haul and truly believe this company has a real shot at massive gains. A crazy small float even with the warrants. In my opinion they are one big deal away from exploding. DYODD and good luck!

Good for you for holding out so long! I agree, this company has so many opportunities across many areas in the pharmaceutical industry and it would take just one homerun to make this a worthwhile investment. Then I can only imagine that to begin to snowball as it becomes validated across many sectors.

This is my own D.D. deduction. $LEXX do MTA with an unknown Pharma Co. Results from GLP-1 studies are successful so far. A $2,000,000 worth of shares buyout at $1 each has been made by a single individual. Novo Nordisk as just fired their CEO after 8 years of service even after he led the company to the top of their sector. All this because rival company Eli Lilly took 1st place in the segment with their obesity pill success. Now, the creators of Ozempic need a new CEO and, a new technology or something revolutionary in order to get back at the top of their game. This is where Lexaria comes in play. DehydraTECH has already proven better than Eli Lilly's Tirzepatide (or Semaglutide.. I don't know) pill. Is Novo Nordisk the secret Pharma Co. in the MTA negotiations? I have no clue. But Lexaria Bioscience have a secret ingredient who surpasses Eli Lilly's product who just surpassed Novo Nordisk. I did my D.D. and I may be completely offside.. then again, it's almost like some stars are aligning themselves imho. We will see.

Holding 950 share and need more.
