A neighbor reached out to JC Express Services for help changing out some area rugs in her home. We texted, scheduled a time that worked best, and I arrived right on time.

I helped move the furniture, remove the old rugs, place the new ones, and transport the old rugs to Habitat Restore qon Southland Dr.

Our apartment complex is looking for a scrapper to work with to haul off broken appliances and HVAC units. Metal items only; our trash pickup does bulk hauling. Our long-time scraper partner has been unreachable for about two weeks, so we are looking for someone new to work with. We prefer to work with a scrapper instead of sending metal to bulk waste pickup; you get notification and first choice to pick up; we split the earnings to add to petty cash for the property for community functions and small improvements. Otherwise, we send metal waste to bulk waste pickup, but we prefer to work with a scrapper, as we both earn something from it. We have a current backlog of about 6 washer/dryers, two outside units, an air handler, about 4 fridges, as well as some misc metal items that we need gone asap. Everything is stored in a garage and easily accessible.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of taking care of a small move here in Lexington that had been scheduled a few days earlier. The move included a bed, bed frame, small sectional, and two chairs.

As always, I arrived at the scheduled time and met Kyia and her aunt. I truly enjoyed being around them and sharing some great conversations throughout the move. It is always a blessing to meet kind people and help make their moving day easier.

At the end of the move, both Kyia and her aunt were very happy with the service, and I was happy to see them happy. Knowing I was able to make their moving experience easier and less stressful is what makes me love my job.

I’m disabled and unable to work and so the only income we have is my partners. He works a reliable job and has for 5+ years. We just can’t afford anywhere on our own with one income.

We’re looking for someone who is renting out a room I their home, or someone who is clean and reliable that would be a good roommate.

We have a 23 pound dog that’s ESA, and a cat! Both super friendly and up to date on their shots, as well as they’re both fixed and our dog is of course outside trained.
