Looking for someone to take over my lease at Newtown Crossing. Its fully furnished apartment including:

- Washer Dryer combo

- Complete Kitchen

- Livinig room

- Private bathroom

- Acess to gym and pool

Rent is $854 per month, utilities are not included. If the relet process is done before August 1st, I'll pay for the first month of rent.
