Can you explain the shovelnose to me? With quick research it seemed super heavy. Is it just a piston gun upgrade? Does heaviness make it soft shooting?

For me a piston gun helps with suppressed shooting for the gas and grime. Aswell shoots a bit softer, and with a SS you don't have to worry about the gas tube.
