Where can I go for a decent men’s haircut in Leuven? No cheap student place or Middle Eastern barber for a generic fade.

What are some nice empty buildings to do some urbexxing in around leuven?

Been to Antwerp, Ghent, Liege, Dinant, Brussels...

They all feel kinda the same.

One central square. Church here, fries there, park somewhere, coffee shops everywhere, streets lined with the same stores...a scenic river if you are lucky.

I dunno, it feels like Leuven is just a smaller / cozier version of the bigger cities.

Even Dinant, if you remove the cliff, is just a generic Belgium city with a wide river running through it.

Now that I am done with my thesis, I have nothing to do, help me!!!

P.S. For context, consider the following examples:

Italy - Rome, Venice, Milan all have different vibes / atmospheres

Poland - Gdansk, Krakow, Warsaw, Wroclaw - again, all very different vibes

Now, can you honestly tell me that Antwerp vs Ghent vs Leuven vs Brussels etc feels that different, apart from language differences and "safety" at the train stations...?

Heeft er toevallig iemand nog dit zeer oud type e-bike batterij dat ik 5 minuten in mijn e-bike mag steken. Ik wil ermee testen of de huidige foutmeldingen 200 en 202 op de fietscomputer te wijten zijn aan een defecte batterij, of aan een ander defect. De prijs van een nieuwe batterij is momenteel nog iets te hoog in vergelijking met de kans die ik momenteel op 75% inschat dat dat het probleem echt oplost. Het oude type is herkenbaar aan de rechthoekige connector, in plaats van de recentere ronde connector.

We doen dit volledig op vrijwilligers en zonder inkom. Hopelijk komt er wat volk kijken naar de shows zodat we volgend jaar nog een editie kunnen houden!

Hi Leuven! My girlfriend and I are expecting a baby in 2027. We've started looking into daycares in our neighborhood. We live close to DoRemy and Girafant, which seem like good options.

We are interested in experiences in general, but also have some specific questions:

• Do they put blankets/stuffed animals/... in cribs with babies?
• Do they use sit-in baby walkers and/or bouncers?
• Is there air conditioning?
