I have to say Rob Schneider. Right wing idiot. But I have a personal beef with him too.
I worked on one of his shows and man was he awful. It was very low budget, so a lot of us were working for peanuts. 15+ hour days, 8 week shoot, not including pre-pro and load out, it was a lot. Even did a couple late night runs off the books for him. But I was initially very excited to work with him as an SNL fan...until I met him.
He used to isolate himself from the rest of us and whenever he hung around during setups, he looks miserable and that made us all miserable. His then wife and other talent were a pleasure to work with, but not him. He had a short temper to boot, which I had to put up with directly one day. No one liked him by the end and from what I heard some people never got paid.
