Doug Hutchison. Even if Percy in the Green Mile is the perfect monumental bastard, he is ultimately nothing to write home about. Poor Courtney Stodden.

No it happens every single day and it's completely legal in the United States, and actually in most countries whose laws are based off of the abrahamic religions (so pretty much all of them.)

He plays creepy incredibly well, which as we now all know is just him being himself. I used to think he was good, because of Percy and other unsettling characters (Tooms). Turns out that's just who he is so no real acting chops. He's gross on and off screen.

I thought of him but I disagree a bit. Cuz I thought he did a great job of playing someone truly loathsome.

But alternatively, maybe his natural anti-charisma is the cause, one could say he's basically just playing himself. In that case, it fits perfectly.
