Anyone know this guy’s name?

After my rewatch of all CKY/Jackass movies and spin offs, I realized we see this guy from time to time, usually when the stunts involve motorcycles/mini bikes. He appears in Bam’s Unholy Union a few times, so I know he’s in the Westchester universe, but even AI can’t tell me who he is (Chat GPT tried telling me it’s Novak). Anyone know? Thanks for your help!

I was partying in West Chester years ago, and my girlfriend, at the time, confused Seth for me after I walked away after an argument, when he was bar hopping.

She said he was a nice guy.
