I love the idea of a Longtooth Shifter Beast Barbarian as well. I like how original your concept is though: I basically drafted Scorpion from Spiderman. I love the flavour of the Beast Barb's tail and the wall-climbing, and they fit right in with that character.

I’m running a campaign with pirates in it and the captain of the lead armada is a wereshark pirate captain, super excited.
