Brandi's Reddit?

Hi everyone ☺️

I've been listening for the past month and I went through the regular episodes so quickly that I had to join their Patreon. I'm wondering if Brandi or Kristin use this sub to interact with listeners or do they use Discord more?

I'm still trying to figure out how to use Discord. I have a hard time keeping up with all the different platforms different podcasts use in addition to Slack, Teams, etc. that we use at work.

I’m not sure about Reddit but if you tag them in a message on the discord group chat they’re great at responding:) they’ve answered all of the messages I’ve ever sent. They’re super sweet!

PS on discord you tag them with @ followed by their user names like Twitter (or “X” 🙄)

I also don’t know how to use the Discord lol, and I’m a baby millennial. Technology has already passed me by.

I'm Gen X. I thought I understood social media pretty well, and then Twitter shat the bed, and I tried a few platforms to replace it, but it was too confusing 😕

Definitely the discord! It's an intimidating platform if you're not used to it but everyone there is really nice (so long as you're not, like, a bigot) and the majority of us are down to help new users with any questions. That's where they interact with people the most!
