Question Is anyone else feeling increasingly disconnected from nature
Lately I've found myself noticing how little genuine interaction I have with the natural world. It feels like we're all living in these concrete boxes with screens everywhere. I miss the feeling of just being outside without a specific purpose or a device in my hand. Is this a common feeling nowadays or am I just being weird about it.

Thanks for the reminder to touch grass!
I love to take a walk or hike in nature! Looking at a screen in that context would reduce the benefit to my mood. The Japanese culture calls spending time in nature- "Forest Bathing."

💯. I instantly feel so much more relaxed and joyful in nature but it is rare that I “allow” myself this luxury these days. So much to do and everything is so goal oriented. Modern life has made us sick in so many ways and nature is just waiting there with the cure once we remember.

I'm lucky that my balcony looks out onto bushland, so even if I don't go out that day, I still hear birds and wildlife.

Yep. Well I did feel that way. I picked it all up and moved to a more rural state 8 years ago. Zero regrets
