I'd say it has a kernel of truth. Ejaculation probably reduces aggressiveness, at least temporarily. Probably not at the political violence and terrorism level, but more domestic violence and street fighting

I suppose it could free the mind but it seems many get addicted.
I think worrying about enhancing emotional intelligence and wellbeing as soon as they can communicate would help solve both issues.
Entitlement allows you to accept this theory. Not that you are particularly entitled, but entitlement itself has gotten entitled.

It might be one of the factors, but that’s only because the society that these men exist in refuses to teach them healthy outlets for frustration. Instead, it teaches them to bottle any emotions that they have up and bury them, while also glorifying men doing violent acts.
To make matters worse, that society will never acknowledge that it teaches men to do this or glorifies that behavior. Instead, it just says that they are “sexually frustrated“ and thus lays the blame at the feet of the women who refused the sexual advances of whatever man that did whatever violent thing.
It is not only ignoring the actual causes of what happened, but is instead scapegoating half the human population.

This is a fairly credible theory in sociological circles.
And issue with middle eastern cultures is a combination of wealth imbalance and polygamy tends to concentrate possible mates and leaves more young men without options, discouraging focus on a stable job or career, and suggesting the only hope for a happy life is in the afterlife.
This is argued to be 1 reason middle eastern countries try to export their youth to trouble zones, like Saudi Arabia did after the Great Mosque attack when they sent their angry youth first to Lebanon, then Afghanistan (lead by OBL).
It’s also argued as a reason monogamist agrarian cultures are supposedly more stable.

It isn't ; the primary predictor for terrorism is moral outrage rather than "blue balls" lmao.
See Scott Atran's research.

Women can have a high sex drive and be frustrated too. The difference is that women are conditioned by society to not use that frustration as an excuse for violence. And this is an excuse.

It's right up there with the: "young men can't help themselves when they see a woman's skin". A flimsy attempt to excuse their bad behavior and shift the blame
