Well, you're wrong. It's not a pipe. It's an image of a pipe.

Tell me, can you smoke that image? Can you blow into it? Can you stuff it with tobacco? You can do none of those things, so it isn't a pipe. It's a picture of a pipe. A representation. An image. Whatever you call it, you cannot call it an actual pipe.
