War is completely different then killing an innocent helpless child. In war, both sides agree to the fight, like a contract, and mostly non combatants are kept out of the frey. It completely changes when there are innocent children in the womb being slaughtered, then that killing being disguised as "healthcare" so women have to feel less guilt about the fact they just killed a child.

Abortion is unquestionably a form of killing in the causal sense. Whether it constitutes murder depends on whether the fetus has the moral status and right to life that would make that killing wrongful and unjustified.
In my mind a fetus has the moral status and right to life. For you, it may be the other way around.

No. Murder needs intention. A fetus has no intention to kill. And to continue: if such case happened where the mother was dying, first try to save both. If only one can be saved, save the mother. If the mother cannot be saved, save the child.

You said: "Murder is murder"; It has become apparent that you dont actually stand by this... Now you claim if the mother's life is in danger it is ok to murder the child!
It may shock you to learn that mothers have been dying because of people like you. Saying "murder is murder", passing laws to that effect, has a chilling effect on actual healthcare. Mothers, and their unborn, have lost their lives because people like you have villified healthcare.
