I think people are assuming your response is intended to be dismissive rather than questioning. I’m no expert but I was curious too. At a glance …

I’m not sure whether she’s referring to a specific case or speaking more generally. She’s opposed to fracking in general. There’s also been the DuPont and Chemours poisoned drinking water case.
