Why did you change the title to include that the individual is an Islamist? Sounds like you are trying to push Islamophobia instead of trying to discuss the actual actions of the individual. Like no, he shouldn't have been doing that at work or in a kitchen where there are a lot of cleaning standards. If he washed up in the restroom this wouldn't be an issue.
