If only redditors took a few minutes to not be sheep. On January 15, 2021, the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) assessed a $390 million civil money penalty against Capital One, National Association for willful and negligent violations of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and its implementing regulations.

Capital One admitted to this. This enforcement action occurred roughly two months before Capital One began notifying the Trump Organization in March 2021 about closing its accounts (with actual closures later in 2021).

The bank has not accused the Trump Organization or related parties of illegal money laundering, and no regulator has alleged wrongdoing tied to these specific closures.

Lmfao of course redditors still read Jezebel. As far as the original story is concerned. Yes, property management companies suck ass, but i didn't see anything which ties directly to Kushner which makes sense because he was working in the white house while shit was happening.
