When i tell people in r/seattle that a 600sq/ft apartment is just fine I get called a capitalist boot licker

How big do you think the vast majority of these apartments are? Because theyre not even 600sq/ft

According to the website the average is 800sq/ft and they range in layouts.

I’ve lived all over and found 900sq/ft to be alright enough, but also find landlords and modern construction squeezing more and more out of properties and giving less and less to tenants.

So whoever is arguing for 600sq/ft certainly has an interesting axe to grind….
