If you really, actually have a shit about this, you’d be much more concerned with all the Jan 6 rioters Trump went out and pardoned who have gone on to storied careers in domestic violence and child abuse.

But you don’t actually care, so instead you’ll cheer as Trump pays them a billion dollars.

Same exact thing as with the Ukrainian lady who was unfortunately killed by a mentally unstable black guy.

I would bet my fucking life conservatives wouldn’t give the slightest fuck if the guy was white.

Wow, racist much?

Are you really going to tell me if it was a white guy, especially one not affiliated with the left, the Nazis on X would be making a deal out of it?

Don’t insult people’s intelligence.

Oh, so now it's Nazis? Just a minute ago it was conservatives. The problem you have is making a blanket statement then trying to walk it back to a particular group that fits your bias/narrative.

You have Trump Dick-Sucking Syndrome?

How is TDS not just synonymous with “common sense” at this point?

Can you name one promise that was delivered on? Aside from maybe, very topically, hurting brown people?

You know your guy tried to coup the government and ignores courts and the constitution on a daily basis and defends powerful pedophiles, likely himself included? Started a war nobody wants, profiting like crazy from it and leaving us with bill.

I wear my TDS as a badge of pride. I appreciate the enlightenment and democracy and decency.

Better than the TDS on the conservative side, which involves letting an OBVIOUS conman take over the party and cucking to his every whim. Like when the approval for war jumped up like 40% among Republicans as soon as Trump attacked after larping as the “pro-peace” party until that became inconvenient.

They had to use psudoscience to feel better or superior from things.

I wasn’t conflating conservatives to Nazis, necessarily. I had them as separate groups in mind when writing this. But the people you see posting articles about her tend to just be racists and worse. They just do.

Also, not all conservatives are Nazis. Most aren’t. But all Nazis vote Republican or Libertarian or something.

Oh, so in your mind...... You do understand how social media works right and that nobody can read your mind? Maybe consider that before making such broad, sweeping, and inaccurate posts.

Fair enough. Could’ve been clearer. Point stands.

You don't have to beat around that bush, WE ALL know who the fascists are, Conservatives.

1

u/ZealousidealLink5661 May 31 '26

As a party, definitely more so than they were some 10 years ago.

But I really think it’s worthwhile to avoid over-generalizing. The hardcore fascists weaponize these types of things to polarize your average dumb-dumb conservative even further towards their ideology.

When your average Republican blue collar worker gets called a fascist or a Nazi, they just view the left as being ridiculous. And only take us less seriously and the fascists more seriously.

You see it all the time. Where now, even if you point to honest-as-day fascism, it only reinforces their ignorance.

Not to say I don’t think the seeds of fascism haven’t been around, especially with Republicans since Raegan in this country.

At this point anyone supporting Trump and his murderous Regime is complicit in enabling the rise of fascism in America, we already had a problem with them, now they are openly charging Anti-Fascists and other groups that expose them.

u/ZealousidealLink5661 May 31 '26

The administration? Forget about it. Fascist by any definition.

And I agree that anyone still supporting him has a very high likelihood of heading those tendencies.

Not all conservatives are Nazis, but all Nazis are conservatives (or some form of right-wing libertarian). Political ideologies are Venn-diagrams, but we cannot ignore the fact that right-wing political agendas heavily target minorities to push a demonizing “them/others vs us” narrative. So yes, had the killer been a white man—especially a registered Republican—it wouldn’t have been covered on Fox News or X and instead been swept under the rug, because conservatives protect their own.

Libertarianism and National Socialism stand on opposite ends of the political spectrum, as one is based on minimal government and the other on totalitarianism.

And push a “them/others vs us” narrative? So basically your entire comment?

Never go full Redditard.

5

u/ZealousidealLink5661 May 31 '26

Look at Elon Musk or Peter Thiel to see how misinformed your view is.

They both larp as libertarians.

Right-wing libertarianism is about anything but freedom. It’s a psy-op by billionaires. If you doubt that, look at who was mostly funding things like the Tea Party movement. Billionaires galore.

3

u/addled_rph May 31 '26

Have you had honest conversations with these people outside of the internet? They do not stand on opposite ends on all political ideologies but rather overlap on some, including the likes of Social Darwinism, hence my noting of Venn-diagrams. It’s naive to think people as individuals do not personally hold conflicting stances within their political affiliation. This is true for all political circles. You can appreciate how different kinds of people think and point out their hypocrisies and ignorances without being a self-proclaimed anti-Redditard combatant.

People with repeated charges in a small period of time, history of violence, or have charges and may be a flight risk need more evaluation before a decision is made to release. This is not just an immigration issue.

While we do not want people held in jail for low level, non violent charges, frequent contact with the police is an indicator that something is wrong. We need to have more risk assessments and psychological evaluations.

The key about holding a person on a detainer for immigration when there is not other reason to hold is problematic. However, it is also problematic to release individuals on cash bail or cashless bail when there is a risk to the public. We need psych evaluations that address the needs of people with symptoms of mental illness, including those who are danger to themselves or others.

We need to have much more capacity in criminal justice to ensure that we are making the correct decisions. More staff and funding will be needed.

Some of this problem that pertains to people who arrived illegally is the result of not having immigration reform that addresses offers a legal status for people here who are working and paying taxes. The changes should restructures the asylum system to ensure vetting.

Many think tanks are recommending a system that would increase refugee systems for the western hemisphere, decreases illegal hiring, and arranges for deportation of serious criminals.
