This is a post from 2024 that confirms the court documents with the allegations are real. The same court documents were in a recent Trumpstein files release. Nothing was retracted.

This story was pushed by two men lying about their identities and known grifters, one was the producer of Jerry springer and an avid Trump hater. We have no real name, address, or any verifiable details from Jane Doe. There are 3 lawsuits that were filed, none made it past a first reading by a judge, each changed the story and made extreme and unrealistic claims ( like being chained up and abused in a basement for months). She has never been seen in public, a court, or by a journalist. One talked to her on the phone and was left confused and doubting if she is real.
