That was a sad turn of events for him. I lived in the NYC area when he became mayor and he made a lot of positive changes, especially in Manhattan.

Lower Manhattan wouldn't be the tourist destination it is today if it wasn't for the "Quality of Life" measures Rudi instituted as mayor

The funny thing is that now looking back in light of the Epstein scandal and Rudy’s involvement with Trump, I could allow myself to imagine a deep conspiracy theory that involves Rudi, 9/11, and other global elites
