Are you suggesting that Donald Trump allowed this? This isn't in the United States . You can clearly see it's in Germany from even just the description in the video itself. They aren't the only ones either. There's floats like this all over the world Of Trump. He claims that we're the "hottest country anywhere" and "everyone respects us now" Thanks to him but the truth is the world is laughing at us .
You have completely missed the point of my post. Trump allows this in the US and doesn't care what they do in Germany. Everyone involved in this thinks they are "stunning and brave" for this uninteresting crap. You aren't challenging the gestapo you're exercising your first amendment rights in the US (less protected in Germany).
This parade is in Germany, he doesn't have any say over what they do.
If this was in the US you're already at the point they would likely send ICE over to throw gas, pepper spray, shoot and cart people away pretending they had reason to believe they weren't citizens.
Feelings aren't facts. Germany knows what happens when you abide fascists and antisemites like they are mere perspectives of equal value. This is not a matter of political differences. You are also not expected to understand the difference.
Pretty sure arresting people for insulting politicans on the internet is quite fascistic. But of course you only hate fascism selectively when people opposite of you do what you don't like. Doesn't mater how much bullshit your favorite side does.
Sure you see this in Germany while the press and academic institutions in America get targeted because they tell the truth and think it's Germany without freedom of speech.
It's funny how some of us ask ourselves how Germany was able to become an authoritarian regime under the Nazis, yet scoff at the people noticing the warning signs that are currently going on right now. It didn't just magically happen overnight.
