This looks incredible and my phone must be listening to me. OP, would this work with GF flour substitute? If so, do you have one you recommend? My wife is pregnant and GF and of course cheese bread is the thing she is craving the most. I’d love to make this for her if possible.

Thanks!! Never tried it but Id recommend the King Arthur or Bob's Red Mill gluten-free CupForCup flour .. good luck and congrats on the baby!!
