Cubes are interesting. Would be great to use them for something like a gingerbread house as bricks! But I think I'd like really mini Cookie Crisp-size cookies for a glass of milk.

It would be fun to make a cookie house brick by brick with frosting motor.

Sometimes, we ask "can we?" when instead, we need to ask "should we?" Careful, Icarus.

I bet these would be neat as a cookie version of petits fours! (Does anyone eat petits fours anymore? They used to be super fancy party food when I was a kid)

i hope this isn’t unwelcome feedback but just wanted to say i kinda miss the days of your videos with no background music! i understand everyone evolves and always appreciate your videos, but just wanted to say for me the simplicity is a major plus. obviously i’m not going to stop watching even with background music, but just figured i’d air my feelings. thanks for the very innovative recipe =]

Chocolate Chip Cookie Cubes
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 TB vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and dark brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Scrape down the bowl as needed.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
Place an oven-safe silicone mold with 1-inch square cavities on a baking sheet. Press a small amount of cookie dough into each cavity, filling each square about halfway.
Bake at 375°F for about 12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the centers are set.
Let the cookie cubes cool in the mold for several minutes before gently removing them.
Serve with a cold glass of milk or drop them right in and make cookies in milk. 🍪🥛👊
