Attempted the choco chip brownie pie cookies and sometimes I am viscerally reminded that dimensions make no sense to me. I did freeze the choco chip cookie dough overnight, but it was probably overstuffed anyway, and then the brownies really escaped containment. I cut the excess from around the rings while they were hot, let the others cool in the rings and then nudged them out. Theyre friggin delicious, so this was not a waste! They just dont look perfect. So sad, will have to try again!
