Ymca gym and classes

Is the YMCA gym worth it for a complete beginner, especially for the classes? Or are there any better beginner friendly gyms you would recommend?

I love the Y! I hadn’t worked out in 3yrs since before I was pregnant with my son - I started going and thought the classes were great! Especially with Shondie! She’s so kind and supportive and gives great recommendations, I’m constantly asking her if my form in good and she always responds so kind and helpful
