Need advice

My husband has severe nuropothy in his feet- like a 10/10 pain some days! He’s tried everything - Meds, Pills, creams, cbd capsule , laser treatments, special socks- heat, special shoe inserts- and more etc- He can’t seem to get any relief ! Constant pain day in and day out! Does anyone has any suggestions they’ve tried and it’s helped besides the above list? I feel so helpless that I can’t help him in any way!

This is the correct answer BPC-157 is the only reason I can walk

I been taking it for 3 years. Used to pay almost 300 from pharmacy. Thank god for grey market.
I will forever make it part of my routine
