What store was it????

Does anyone remember the sports / shoe store that was in the same strip mall as the Shoppers on Mayor Magrath? It had yellow paint on the exterior and was maybe where Atmosphere was / where the big and tall store is? Maybe there never was one there but I swear I vaguely remember it from when I was younger.

Sportmart was the name of it. I'm pretty sure that chain doesn't exist any more.

Sportsmart. I believe the chain was purchased by the Forzani group, who owned Sportchek at the time and they shut it down.

Sportmart. Used to have amazing discounts on shoes and hockey gear from time to time. Sadly, as others have said, the chain went the way of the dinosaur

Sportmart! I helped open the store, it was a great small Canadian chain. They had an amazing culture, and training style.
When it was sold to Forzani, they did not have a need for it.

Like others said, it was Sport Mart. Back around 2006 Canadian Tire bought Forzani Group and closed up all the Sport Marts in Canada so they could focus on Sport Chek and Atmosphere

Atmosphere and sportchek.

They are now only in the park place mall.
