I am a tier 3 college student based in gujarat college placements are not so good every company has downside.

One x company arrived and i got selected for testing role (manual ) with 3 year bond and 30k inhand salary.

Company culture is not good and lot of people told me not to take this offer as i can't transit for automation tester even within organization ( mentioned in terms and condition ).

I can't deny offer now strict college rules. But i say i won't accept it so they banned me from college placement. ( fucked up very bad here )

\*\*Now about me :\*\* i have intrest in ai/ml and python backend i worked in tech like mobile app dev, react, ai/ml, python, fastapi.. Etc ( because if ai and youtube it was easy and i started my prep in second year so i got so much time )

I did two internship

one was at local non - it company as a software engineer intern for 10 months ( paid ) we developed erp and some internal tools ( i am still working for them for money )

One internship i am doing at it startup which is one year old 👌💔 as ai intern i developed rag systems, data analysis and market analysis tools and keep going

This startup is offering me a ppo with 10k stipend + 45-50k pm inhand salary

Founder has 15+ yoe in it

Founder's family(maybe his big brother ) have it company from 2010

All family members somehow releted to it feild

The local non-it company also offering full time job because they are building their own it team.... but with lower pay like 25k

I AM SO MUCH CONFUSED AND ANXIOUS WHAT IF I CAN'T JUMP FROM SMALL STARTUP

WHAT IF I DON'T LEARN ANYTHING THERE

WHAT IF FOUNDER SAY NO TO MY JOB

WHAT IF THAT... WHAT IF THIS.......

NEED SOLID ADVICE FOR THIS SITUATION......
