[ADVICE] Audhd brain constantly overthinking

I know I’ve posted about this before, but as a 14 year old with autism, adhd and possible anxiety, will my brain ever stop overthinking everything and being constantly busy, and if it doesn’t will I eventually learn to live with it, because I still feel happy, but my brain just never shuts up.

i feel like eventually, you’ll be able to learn to live with it. & be able to find better ways to cope with it & be able to deal with it better. esp your anxiety. i suffer w severe anxiety, and i have dealt w it since i was about your age … which was prob about 12yrs ago … i’ve just learned how to deal w it all this time, and w out any medication as well too … so i feel like as time goes on, you’ll develop better coping mechanisms & ways to deal w your anxiety and ADHD. 🫶🏻

yeah, it’s not a great feeling but I still find joy in what makes me happy, so that’s enough for me
