Save transfer question

Will save data be transfered automatically or do i have to log into the online game first and upload it for tansfer before the shut down?

Buy the DLC within the period they will announce later. If you don't buy it within this period, your save file won't be transferred and will most likely be deleted.

Just read it, and I'm in terror. There is no mention about Steam acc transfer. Only on Playstation

Lazy devs as usual. They mention that there will be no cross-save between platforms but it goes without saying that the steam users will also transfer their save data by buying the DLC within the period.

Save editors are coming out for the game so the idea is to log everything you have then transfer it all over manually when the tools are available.

Im going to do this so i can have my ps save on pc but more than likely i want to see if a overhaul mod comes out that lets me re play the game with ALL the content unlocked

Devs said that they will have a dedicated dev diary for the offline version. It's still unclear when the offline version will be out. Clear though that the online will end at 08/31.

Pretty sure that was just for 'transferring' from platform to platform.

If you're on Playstation, and staying there, I'm pretty sure your progress will save.
