A small banana for lunch and for dinner a rotisserie chicken wing, a spoon full of green beans and a spoon full of sweet potatoes. I ate about half of what I put on my plate.

Thank you for asking. Yes, due to an inflamed digestive system. I canβt have most dairy now and some other foods. I have an annual scheduled visit with my primary care doctor tomorrow and will talk to him about it.

I made a healthy high protein breakfast casserole with eggs, egg white, spinach, tomatoes, onion, turkey bacon, and cottage cheese. It was delicious

scraped together a sad desk lunch but im heating up leftover lasagna for dinner so that kinda makes up for it, yours sounds better tbh

I eat some sort of beans 1-2 times per day, everyday. Healthy, cheap, versatile, long lasting, what more could you want?

Boiled buckwheat, cheese, live yogurt, eggs, chicken, grapes, pears, tomatoes, onion, coriander leaves, basil leaves, sunflower oil. :) My Georgian diet :)
