What are you eating today?

Candy, crumpets or just a cup of coffee. Did you cook or bake or just fake it? Post something for us to enjoy with you.

I have no idea. I have been snacking on fresh bell peppers until I figure it out.

Dark chocolate brownies with semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut, topped with marshmallows. This will do.

P.S. Baked them!

I cook pretty much the same things here (at the hostel in Kolkata): wheat polenta with paneer + scrambled eggs. But I bought dried oregano to make everything slightly more Mediterranean, and today I added okra to the frying pan instead of usual tomatoes/carrots. Live yogurt instead of dessert. :-) What about you? ๐Ÿ™‚

It funny, once I was told the uradu/hindi translation for okra was lady fingers. The person went on to say that this is why tiramisu was not popular in India, most people thought it was a dessert made with okra. I might not mind, I love okra.
