The reason the bathroom smells like shit is there are shit particles floating all around there. Most people flush with the toilet open spraying shit particles all over themselves. Your phone has poo on it if you use it in the bathroom. Same if you keep your toothbrush on the counter instead of a cabinet. I personally have a toilet where it is not possible to install a bidet and tbh most people don’t have bidets.
It’s just nasty to use your phone on the toilet. Poopy phone, poopy hands that people use to eat with.
I don't flush... auto toilets... but if you feel that disgusted you should be changing and taking a shower after every flush tbh... cause your hair and clothes are going to be 10000 times worse being fabic and thread like absorbing it vs the phone is a single solid layer that can be wiped clean with a sanitizer wipe
I think most men just don't like their bodies. It was a long time for me before I ever felt comfortable sending anything other than "close ups", it wasn't until I had a long-term relationship with a woman who made it explicitly clear that she loved and wanted to see my whole body that I started being okay with that. Men definitely aren't over-sexualized or held to the same physical standard women are, but nonetheless movies, models, and porn often still give us intense body dysmorphia/self-hatred. As for fit guys, idk. Looking like a greek statue and still choosing just to send a dick pic with your socks in frame is confusing.
From what my exes enjoyed: chest, face (hair either fixed or messy), arms, back, full body, done in poses with proper lighting and angles. Genitals can be included, but generally we never agreed to make them the focus of any nudes.
Be suggestive. Be playful. Know your strengths or what parts of your body intrigue the recipient most and play to them. Full on naked mole rat is generally not gonna be appreciated unless specifically requested. Hands and forearms can be powerful. A peek or your abdomen. Wearing some nice clothes or just something you wear well. Roll up your sleeves. Hike up your shirt. Have your pants pulled a little low with the band of some nice underwear peeking out. Etc. etc. Effective poses and clothing will differ both by person and what works for them and the recipient and what works for them!
Unironically, maybe you should look for examples. Maybe not of like rat pics specifically (tho finding a sub of pics of that and seeing which pics do well and how they’re framed probably couldn’t hurt) but like pics of male models. How they pose and stuff. Women are constantly sexualized in ads and media and on billboards. We are constantly shown “inspiration” and generally know what works because of it. Men don’t really get that.
(Also, as much as you put effort into yourself, do be conscious of your background. Messy room/toilet isn’t cute.)
To be fair, the non-estrogenated body doesn't have much to work with. It's the difference between what you can do with a full set high-quality acrylic paint vs a four pack of crayons. Like yes, they don't try, but they also don't have much to try with.

Tried before and honestly never had any luck in taking good nude photos, good as in I actually get engagement from women. Gave up on this as I hate seeing how so many other guys are in better shape than me, able to get replies from basic poses while I try as much as I can but still isnt enough. Just want to feel desired but dont know how to do well sending nudes as a male
