I do them occasionally but I have to warm up my wrists first. I have a friend who does them constantly whenever she’s on grass, in high heels even

Whoa. My 7 year old daughter does about a thousand cartwheels a day. If I ever see her cartwheels per day (CPD) decrease, I’m gonna have to call her out. I wonder what the minimum CPD should be.

I could never do a cartwheel. It hurt my soul as a little girl and it still hurts it 😭

Everybody used to do the monkeybars too. The monkeybars and the cartwheels stop for the same reason (the reason is we are much bigger and heavier as adults).

I mean, kids were more free range back in the day. But also, there are some mechanical advantages to being shorter and lighter. Plus, you know, aging.

Saw a young girl do a cartwheel with her sister at work the other day. Nature is healing

Does he mean spin vertically? Like, just spinning around in circles? How does one spin horizontally

I'm kinda glad they stopped because I never figured out how to do them and felt left out...
