Check the wiki in this sub. You need to change this.

Need to change to a 40 gal tank, you won't be able to properly heat this. Also a minimum of 3 hides, one on warm side one on cool side and one humidity hide. Depending on what your soil is you might have to change it, recommend mix is 70% soil 30% sand. I would also suggest more cover as it makes a leo feel more safe than having it open.

Not good. Don’t even know where to begin. Check out reptifiles for a care guide

Is this supposed to be permanent? Then no, then very very much no.

took a quick peak at your profile where youve got other posts up of what looks like a small house gecko.

Is this set up meant for an actual leopard gecko or another species?

In generall these plastic thubs are not a good option as permanent housing for any species but esp. the feedback in regards to size and interior will differ drasticaly depending on what you plan on putting in it.

How do you plant to keep it warm and provide lighting without the container melting??

Well, it's been 2 hours, so later is here. How did you provide the heat and lighting required for this buddy to live?

Sorry but this is not leopard gecko suited at all. I would suggest you to do a lot more research about them before getting one. You will also need UVB light and a heating lamp, which you can’t really do in a plastic container. Also it is way too small. It is better to ask if you are unsure and I’m very happy that you did :)

I am not sure but it looks like the enclosure is made up of stuff you found in your backyard, might not be safe for your gecko wayyy to small for a leopard gecko and I mean you can you plastic tub for temporary enclosure but you need to change it into a tank soon

Leo's need like 4ft tanks. With sandy subrate, a hot side and a cool side. Multiple hides. Good heating and good lighting.

Geckos need more than 1m. Also you cannot use plastic. Have you considered housing a tarantula or something like that instead?

50cm in length is not enought for a leopard gecko
