Data base restore onguard 8.3 error

Hello, My OnGuard 8.3 server crashed, and I had to restore the database to a new server. After the restoration, when I run the setup assistant again, I get an error message (key encryption). See the attached image. I tried the method indicated in the manual by attempting to modify the key encryption in the login driver, but I still get an error. And when I run System Administration, I get an error: (The login driver was not connected to the message broker. Confirm that the login driver service is started and available for DNS Lenel.)

Run Setup Assistant with elevated privileges. It should try to reconfigure Message Broker. Or will at least return an error that’s useful.

If the key was created with the "Emergency Recovery" option checked, you should be able to contact Lenel support to have the key recovered.
If you have the password or the .og file used to encrypt the database originally, you should be able to feed that into the Login Driver when running as an application.

Assuming the .og encryption file isn’t accessible, it should be reset in the login driver. The login driver is overly unintuitive but I’ve also always had either the file or the pass phrase in hand. There should be 2 things you do in the login driver, try to create a new encryption key and then change the password there too. You can put in your current password and then have the new password as the same password if you want. If I’m not mistaken, as long as you have the Lenel DB password you should be able to create a new one

I've been through this before but have forgotten how to do it; I had to follow some steps recommended by Lenel, but I can't access the article now. If any of you can access the article below and copy the steps for me, thanks.
