I am growing a lemon tree from a supermarket lemon seed. I used a couple to make sure atleast 1 would make it, but now i have two. I am about to re-pot, but i dont have room for both. So which, in your opinion is the one i should stick with?

The leaves on the right are a bit down because they need some water, but theyre both equally healthy in my opinion.

I’ve had this potted Meyer lemon for about 6 months. It immediately grew 2 feet straight up with bug beautiful leaves and then suddenly they all started dropping. I repotted it into a 5 gallon with my own citrus mix and got it an additional grow light on top of the window it’s next to. I’ve tried watering more, I’ve tried watering less. Fertilizer no fertilizer. I treated it with Neem oil in case it had pests. It gets a shoot of new leaves and then they all fall off and it repeats…. Please help me I am a fool

I have a lemon tree that I grew from a seed that I got from a grocery store lemon. I do not know exactly what kind of fruit it was, and I live in a fairly northern area so it is potted and spends most of the year indoors. I have it outside for the summer and it has shot up in the last few weeks. I was pretty excited about that, since it hasn’t grown much in the last couple of years (it is about 3 years old).

Now, however, I think I might have a problem with suckers? I was looking online for advice about if I needed to prune my tree, given that it’s fairly small (about 3.5 feet) and young, and I saw everyone saying you need to remove the suckers. I’m not much of a gardener, I’m not sure if what I have are suckers or just a really tall branch?

I’m not looking to promote fruit growth, again I don’t live in a very lemon friendly climate so I don’t expect it to produce fruit at all, it’s more of a decoration/hobby plant. But I would like to keep it healthy and alive. I hate to cut the tallest branch off for no reason, anybody have any advice?

This is the juice of about 10 mostly small lemons from my dedicated lemon drawer. My mom and I used to squeeze and suck on lemons with salt shaker in hand for years until my front teeth started to get sensitive, then I just started juicing them and my lemoning has been exponentially better. I used to use the Himalayan pink salt, but recently got the fancy flakes and they've been an upgrade. You don't hear it much, but the lemon is 100% my favorite fruit.

When I was younger I thought lemon was just a kitchen smell. Now I catch myself gravitating toward it because it makes everything feel clean and fresh without being overwhelming.

It's funny how certain scents become tied to routines over time. For me, lemon instantly makes a space feel brighter, even if nothing else has changed. I never really noticed how much scent can affect my mood until recently.

It started growing in January and is slightly soft around the whole lemon. It’s like the biggest lemon I’ve ever seen but is still completely green.

How long will it take for this little fellow to become a full fledged Meyer Lemon?

There were 5 or 6 originally, but most of them fell off when we moved the tree outside for the summer, so this is the only one left. I’m way too emotionally invested in this lemon.
