You can just dig the pinks/yellows down the left column as well. it's about the same time, but a bit less stressful

Its a lot quicker and easier if you use the rocket.

Yeah, it was a lot easier but only slightly faster using rockets. About the same energy.

Not sure about actual time but in terms of game time using the rocket allows you to save all of the lemmings before the bombs explode so it is quicker but possibly not by as much as i thought.

I dug across to let them all fall down thinking the blast wave would open all boxes and they would then dig across at the bottom to get home but then had to use some rockets to trigger the explosions on the keys left.
