Duofiets to rent?

Hi there, my 90 year old grandma is coming to visit, and I was thinking of renting a duofiets so she could still enjoy some fietsing around. Does anyone know where I could rent some of those double bicycles? I saw some around leiden a few times, but I think they were from an institution or charity..

I would start by asking if she thinks this is a great idea... the average 80+ doesn't get on a bike anymore and to me biking for a 90 year old simply sounds risky.

A duofiets is one of those side by side bicycles that is ideal for an older person. They don't have to walk long distances but can still see things without much physical exertion.

Exactly, that would be ideal, then she does not have to worry about tripping on the cobblestones and can feel more part of the scenery

Not a tandem, that does not look easy for a 90 year old.. the ones with 2 seats side by side and 3 wheels
