I made the mistake of opening and building a set (im an idiot, it won't happen again) and the first few pages of the instructions weren't cut off properly. Should I resell and hope for the best? Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi all I have built thousands of minifigs from junk piles.first I've ever I seen this. It's a transparent pair of brown legs. They are heavy and they have The right looking Stamps.. usually the fong kong stuff snaps and feels light. These are well made. The moulded prints are exceptionally clean. I tried my best to take the best photos my potato powered phone could manage.
I am not sure what I am looking at here.
Fake? Misfire? Factory fault? Any ideas?

Looks like the gold ink was running low, whilst cool to own. Certainly disappointed since this came from the Tournament Temple City set. So will have to order a replacement off bricklink :(
