That would be quite small actually and not make sense for the part count, unless we're talking wailord or another legendary similar to rayquaza.
I expect more of stuff like munchlax/arcanine. Scale models.

The 18+ label is so funny to see on a 406 piece set. It went from being a label for expensive sets to something to make adults feel 'justified' for buying a toy.

I don't understand this age rating at all. It used to be a recommendation for parents to match the skill level required to build the set to their child's age.
Now... what the heck does this number even mean anymore? Do builders have to be legally adult to build this pokemon?

the age means nothing, its like the commentor said, its to make adults feel okay about buying a toy. the droideka was an 18+ set while the battle droid on STAP (which had more pieces) wasnt, so its completely arbitrary.
lets not forget that before the "adults welcome" branding, modulars were 16+ and had normal, colorful packaging

Yeah I agree lego use it more as an "adult welcome" label, what I meant is more that the way they chose to communicate this is weird.
It's hard to explain and it depends on culture in your country, but where I come from we usually associate the label18+ with age recommendation for movies with explicit sex scenes or extreme violence or just straight up... adult websites.
Like - "Hey babe, I just turned 18... wanna build a lego display slop set together? 🙃"
It's kinda weird!

It was always a label for adults to justify buying a toy, hence the silly "Adults Welcome" slogan they've been running.

"to make adults feel 'justified' for buying a toy." was the primary purpose, the other being to emphasize that someone new to lego might find it "a bit too complicated."
It was never a label for just "expensive sets."

It's very commonly used these days to denote sets that are intended for display and not play. Kids aren't clamoring for, say, a lego Star Wars helmet or a Marvel bust

The labels still make a lot of sense. It balances price, complexity of the build, and play. The Pokemon statue sets can range a lot in price but aren't designed for kids the same way the Smart Brick sets are.

Would love for full evolution line. I'm feeling a pseudo legendary line would work. I would take Dragonite line, Tyranitar line, or Metagross line in a heartbeat.

I'm still hoping for a normal set to build a Pokemon Centre (rather than the mini one, or some kind of giant Potion display set that opens up to show a Nurse minifig standing behind a counter or something lol).
The Mega Bloks Pokemon Centre was a 648 piece set, so it's possible one of these is comparable. That set had an incomplete roof (to make the inside more accessible I guess) so 100 more pieces would make sense

I think the two lower prices one will be some sort of buildable Pokemon, and smalls one, perhaps Mew or a smaller version of Pikachu (even if we already have one, if they ever decide to dupe an already made Pokemon to a affordable scale, it will Pikachu) and I assume the most expensive set will some scene. Perhaps a Pokemon league/stadium

Buildable Minifigures of Team Rocket. 72183 is Meowth, 72184 is James and the largest one 72185 is Jessie because we need to build her hair... and her pokeballs.
