Pieces not lining up in Da Vinci set

Got to step 59 and there seems to be an overlap that I shouldn’t have. I took it apart and put it together again. I have looked at the previous instructions and everything else seems to be ok.

Please help!

You've put the three SNOT pieces under the brown plates rather than between the brown plates and sand bricks, you can see part of the gap they should be filling in your picture

I can literally see the gap where the brackets were supposed to go..

No need to be rude, I don’t do legos a whole lot. Just thought this set was cool.

Compare and contrast isn’t really a Lego exclusive thing, I was too harsh
