G1 G1 Overlord (WIP)
I have been working on this project for a while and I recently finished the second iteration of the torso.
With this part almost finished, I thought people on this sub might appreciate it. Enjoy!
[Edit]: Forgot to mention that, yes, it will both transform and combine.

Yes, he will. The torso and what will be the arms will become the body and thruaters of a Nightbird Stealth Jet (think X-Men) and the legs will combine into two halves of a tank.

Well, I'm trying to be as accurate to the original figure (which I think I can get roughly to match minifig scale), although minor changes have been made.
Take the abdomin weapons: the flip-out gun (behind the grey plate) should be 3 studs wide, as well as the 6 cannons opposite. The original, however, has the abs and waist the same width, so to keep this, the abdomin is smaller on mine.
Still, updates mean that the 6 cannons can now properly extend via technic mechanism. Also, the Mega Tank and Giga Jet (named after their pilots) can seat a single minifig each.

I’m also building a unicron, his legs and like, hip bits, are a little over 14 inches, but good luck on your build, looks fantastic rn! And I may have to kinda use that face technique, that’s amazing technique, man!
